I might not have mentioned this, but role play is in the third person. So your description should be talking about "she" not "I."

Looking nice, #1! I can't wait until we have more students than teachers. This is going to be fun...now we only need to get Rachel and Sandra and Jill and the others to join.

Character Name: Cera Dragoneska
Description: You can tell just by looking at her that she has poise and balance. She is undoubtedly a fighter of some skill. You hadn't noticed at first, but her skin has a slightly greenish tint to it. She is wearing her long read hair in a tight french braid that ends well-below her waist. She is barely five foot four inches and looks barely older than twenty five. She looks like she is hardly old enough to be a teacher, let alone have founded a school all by herself. If you are wondering what she is since she definately is not human, she will make you figure it out yourself. Cera only tells people that she comes from a planet a long ways away and that she was apprenticed as a villain. No one knows for sure how old she is, but it has been ascertained that she is younger than thirty.
Abilities: This headmistress is no incompitant fool. She is quite deadly with any form of weapon, but her preferred favorite is the dagger; she carries at least two at all times, but no one knows where. Cera has lightning quick reflexes and is able to move so silently that you will not find her. In addition to that, she is incredibly smart and insists that all students learn from past villain's mistakes, knowing that that is the key to success. Since she was apprenticed as an evil-doer, she knows how to fight and how to think. In fact, the only thing she doesn't do well is plants, although she knows how to use poisons on weapons. No one knows quite what all her powers are, but everyone knows that she has the uncanny ability to spot a lie and that her eyes seem to pierce a person to the core.
Player Name: Sara. I also go by Tori on many threads. You might have seen me as Merenwen Sirfalas some places or even Anarane Sirion, but I have not used those names nearly as much. Sara is my real name. Tori is the pseudonym I use online for the most part. You might even have seen me as #2, depending on who you are.

This is the place where you provide the name by which you want us to call you. Also give us a description of yourself and your abilities. The description and abilities you won't really be able to post until I give the okay, though. You can also put your real name and stuff about you, if you want. The following format could be helpful. Post in a new thread, with your name in the subject.
Character Name: Description (personality and appearance, etc): Abilities:
Player Name: Interests: Where you heard about this site: Anything else you wish to tell us:

You know in movies and stuff how the bad guys are never able to shoot straight? The biggest example of this phenomenon are the stormtroopers in Star Wars and Greedo in the same movies. The Stormtroopers easily outnumber the rebel alliance yet are out shot every time. If they manage to win, it is just barely. Greedo, in the extended edition, shoots at Han Solo from less than two feet away in the cantina in Mos Eisley on Tatooine. Of course, he misses.
Well, in my family, we joke about how the legions of the bad must go to a school to learn how to miss, among other things. So I finally decided to go ahead and make an rpg of it. I decided it would be fun to play the evil henchmen (and women) instead of the heroes (and heroines) for a change. Except, in this school, we are not all incompitant buffoons. This school was created so that evil would have a fighting chance against the forces of good.
As far as the colors go...in most cartoons and comic books, the villains' costumes are green and purple. Case in point: the joker, the riddler, etc. When I was trying to decide what colors to set the boards as, I remembered that and thought it would be fitting.

Dear Recipient, Congratulations! You have been accepted into Legions of the Bad Institute, more affectionately called Bad Guy University by faculty and students. We cannot wait to count you among our well-situated graduates. I will take a moment to explain to you our mission statement. Each year, the staff members sift through thousands of applicants, only accepting a priveliged few into our illustrious school. While here, you will learn all the necessery skills needed to make it as a member of an evil villain's army or as a henchman. upon graduating, you will be recruited by some of the most infamous villains around. Please feel free to create a name for yourself. However, name stealing is strictly prohibited. Therefore, you may not use the name of any other villain on record. If it is recognizable as not your own, it is forbidden. Additionally, provide us with a description of yourself: physical apearance, personality, etc. You are not required to be human. However, do not provide us with what you are good at and your extra abilities. After you register, PM this information to admin. I will reply with a list of your abilities and modify your description if necessary. If you have any preferences as far as abilities, add them to your list, but understand that they are requests only and may not be granted. Currently, we are also searching for people willing to teach some of the classes. If you, or anyone you know is interested, contact me here. I will provide you with all necessary information. This can be done either before or after you register. Unfortunately, this is also where I have to discuss rules with you. As preciously stated, your name must be original. When speaking on the boards, you must remain in character every place except the "General Board" where you may discuss whatever you like. Please, please, please refrain from netspeak. That means that what you write should be in nearly proper English with a minimum of acronyms and smilies and should be in paragraph form with no author's notes interrupting the flow. Put those either at the beginning or the end, not the middle. Unlike other places, you are able to "take control" of another person's character, but don't abuse the power. You may only do so if they are already in the room you are in. However, if I receive complaints, this power will be rescinded. Furthermore, you are not allowed to run around destroying things. You are not a criminal mastermind, yet. You are hear to learn. Remember that. Finally, remember that this is supposed to be fun for everyone. If you are caught bullying another person, you will be asked to leave. Sincerly, Headmistress Cera Dragoneska

Since we are all villains, or student-villains here, there is no reason to devise rules. After all, we know that they are merely guidelines to begin with. However, a few are necessary.
Primarily, no slamming another person. That is not tolerated. Do not knock their ideas either. Other than that, have fun.
